I think the Surveyor marked the house placement wrong!!!

In the original plan the house was 61' feet from the front street. The plan was denied and we were told  to move the house UP at least 8'. The inspector wanted us to have plenty of room for our new Septic area.

The Denied Plan. 61' feet from Princeton Dr.

Schumacher Homes revised the plan and moved the home UP an even 10' and the new plan was excepted. Under the new plan we would have a great back area for the new Septic.

The Approved Plan. 51' feet from Princeton Dr.

The Surveyor came out and marked the house placement 10' back and not UP from the original denied plan. Putting the house placement 71' from the front road (right into the septic area lol). The Septic contractor is scheduled to come out next week and put in the new septic system, but he can't do that if the markings are wrong. Getting the house markers moved should be a simple thing to do, so I hope it happens quickly.
