I fixed the van and the hot water heater

I replaced one of the front sway bar bushings on the Day Care van. 

As you can see the bushing fell apart

For about 3 days the hot water was coming out the faucets scalding hot all of a sudden and then the breaker on the hot water heater thermostat tripped. This was the first time I've ever had a broken hot water heater and after fixing the upper thermostat I found out that there are only about 5 electric parts on a hot water heater. I don't want to fix a water heater again but it wasn't a hard fix at all. 

Replaced the upper thermostat on the hot water heater.
