Word to the wise. Don't paint if its very humid outside and is going to rain 3 hours after you paint because during winter the paint will bubble and peal off. So far I pressure washed the main porch knocking off the loose paint before I sand and repaint.

Next I have to sand and paint then do everything all over again on the small porch.
